Duckhorn Vineyards Merlot

Not many producers have the pedigree that Duckhorn Vineyards have with Merlot in California.  Merlot when grown in the right spots and under the correct conditions can be truly magnificent.  Ripe and fleshy, but soft.  Black fruit like currants and blackberries mixed with baking spices. 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Petite Verdot, and 1% Cab Franc for this vintage.  Go bold and pair this with our Bistro Filet.
